چکیده

We develop a four-dimensional effective theory for Randall-Sundrum models which allows us to calculate long wavelength adiabatic perturbations in a regime where the ρ2 terms characteristic of braneworld cosmology are significant. This extends previous work employing the moduli space approximation. We extend the treatment of the system to include higher derivative corrections present in the context of braneworld cosmology. The developed formalism allows us to study perturbations beyond the general long wavelength, slow-velocity regime to which the usual moduli approximation is restricted. It enables us to extend the study to a wide range of braneworld cosmology models for which the extra terms play a significant role. As an example we discuss high energy inflation on the brane and analyze the key observational features that distinguish braneworlds from ordinary inflation by considering scalar and tensor perturbations as well as nongaussianities. We also compare inflation and Cyclic models and study how they can be distinguished in terms of these corrections. ∗e-mail address: [email protected]

The braneworld stability and large-scale correction in graphene like background

In this work, we consider a graphene-like background in braneworld scenario which is one of the interesting models in cosmology and theoretical physics. Indeed, this paper is an application of holography in condense matter. We use the geometric form of potential which help to obtain field equations and solve it to obtain the energy spectrum. In that case we calculate superpotential and energy d...

Gauss-Bonnet braneworld cosmological effect on relic density of dark matter

In Gauss-Bonnet braneworld cosmology, the Friedmann equation of our four-dimensional universe on 3-brane is modified in a high energy regime (Gauss-Bonnet regime), while the standard expansion law is reproduced in low energies (standard regime). We investigate the Gauss-Bonnet braneworld cosmological effect on the thermal relic density of cold dark matter when the freeze-out of the dark matter ...

Scalar Perturbations in Dgp Braneworld Cosmology

We solve for the behaviour of cosmological perturbations in the Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati (DGP) braneworld model using a new numerical method. Unlike some other approaches in the literature, our method uses no approximations other than linear theory and is valid on large scales. We examine the behaviour of late-universe density perturbations for both the self-accelerating and normal branches of D...

Primordial black holes in braneworld cosmologies: Accretion after formation

We recently studied the formation and evaporation of primordial black holes in a simple braneworld cosmology, namely the Randall-Sundrum type II cosmology. Here we study the effect of accretion from the cosmological background onto the black holes after formation. While it is generally believed that in the standard cosmology such accretion is of negligible importance, we find that during the hi...
